Website and audit requests
You may use this website to learn about Qotela and request a free lead leak audit. Submitting an audit request does not create a client relationship or require Qotela to accept the work.
Audit findings are practical recommendations based on the information available at the time. They are not a guarantee of leads, revenue, rankings, reviews, or business results.
Services
Paid Qotela work is delivered remotely through email, phone, video calls, shared documents, and approved access to the tools needed for the engagement.
The specific scope, price, timeline, cancellation terms, and deliverables for paid work are set by the written proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service order you approve.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and permission to make requested changes.
Clients are also responsible for complying with laws and platform rules that apply to their business, reviews, customer communications, website, and advertising.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are collected through the payment method stated in the approved order or invoice. Recurring services are month-to-month unless a written order says otherwise.
You may cancel a month-to-month service before the next billing period. Fees already paid cover scheduled or delivered work and are not automatically refundable unless the approved order says otherwise.
No fake reviews or guarantees
Qotela does not buy reviews, gate negative reviews, post fake reviews, guarantee ratings, guarantee search rankings, or guarantee a specific number of leads.
We can help improve the path from trust to quote request, but buyer behavior and third-party platforms are outside our control.
Third-party tools
Qotela may recommend or use third-party tools for hosting, forms, email, analytics, scheduling, payments, review requests, and missed-inquiry follow-up.
Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Qotela is not responsible for changes, downtime, data practices, or pricing from those providers.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website or Qotela services for unlawful activity, deceptive marketing, spam, fake reviews, harassment, platform abuse, or attempts to access systems without permission.
Updates
We may update these terms as the business and services evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page.
