We keep audit requests and client records for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, keep reasonable business records, and comply with legal obligations.

You can ask us to update or delete your contact details. We may keep limited records when required for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the size and stage of the business. No website, email, or database can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, private customer lists, or other sensitive information through the audit form.

You can ask us to stop contacting you, update your information, or delete your audit request by emailing us.

Marketing and service emails will include a reasonable way to opt out where required.
